Metamorphosis 2025, part of the India Blockchain Tour, will be held on 27–28 September at Le Méridien, Gurugram. According to the organisers, the two-day conference is expected to bring together more than 1,500 participants including developers, investors, policymakers and startups.
The event, which is organised by Octaloop, has previously hosted more than 25 editions and featured over 200 global speakers. The company said the 2025 edition is designed to expand its scale with a wider programme and greater international participation.
Speakers announced so far include Rama Devi, former director of emerging technologies with the Government of Telangana; Dilip Chenoy, chairman of the Bharat Web3 Association; Vikas Gupta, country manager India at Bybit; Rajesh Dhuddu, partner for emerging technologies at PwC; and Thomas Vaic, international expansion manager at Trezor.
A key feature of the conference will be a Founder Demo Day, which the organisers said will give early-stage startups an opportunity to pitch their ideas to venture capital firms such as New Tribe Capital and Tykhe Ventures.
Anupam Varshney, founder of Octaloop, said this year’s edition is intended to “go bigger than ever before with more global voices, more startups and more groundbreaking conversations at the intersection of AI and Web3.” He added that the aim is to make the event “a launchpad for ideas and collaborations that will place India firmly at the centre of the world’s digital transformation.”
Industry partners also highlighted the growing role of India in emerging technologies. “We see tremendous potential in India’s rapidly evolving tech ecosystem, and Metamorphosis 2025 reflects that momentum,” said Vikas Gupta of Bybit.
According to the organisers, sessions will cover topics including AI governance, blockchain scalability, decentralised finance, metaverse applications and cross-border digital collaboration. They said they hope the event will provide a platform for knowledge exchange, networking and partnerships in Web3 and AI.
