Mphasis shuffles leadership with Ashish Devalekar for Europe, Anurag Bhatia for Global BPS

Ashish Devalekar has been appointed as the Head of Europe, while Anurag Bhatia, will take over the role of leading the Mphasis's Global Business Process Services (BPS) division.

In a significant reshuffle of its team, IT solutions provider Mphasis, has announced key appointments to its senior management. Ashish Devalekar has been appointed as the Head of , while Anurag Bhatia, the outgoing Head of Europe, will take over the role of leading the company’s Global Business Process Services (BPS) division.

This strategic realignment, effective immediately, is part of Mphasis’s broader plan to stimulate growth and strengthen its global footprint, said the company in a statement. Ashish Devalekar, who brings over two decades of experience in the European market, will now be at the helm of the company’s European operations.

Devalekar said, “I am thrilled to join Mphasis and take on this new challenge. My focus will be on continuing the growth trajectory in Europe and driving value for our clients.” His is seen as a move to capitalize on his extensive experience in business transformation and market strategy.

Anurag Bhatia, who will transition to head the Global BPS, has been a key figure in Mphasis’s European success, said the IT major. In his new role, Bhatia is expected to leverage his deep understanding of service transformation to integrate AI-driven solutions across client operations.
