“We have seen a lot of HR Tech products and implemented them with various clients. However, most of them are created by non-HR people and miss out on various facets of HR which are critical for seamless integration. HR Tech Product Adoption remains one of the biggest challenges in the industry, even the best ones (as per various surveys) take 6 to 9 months,” Kumar added.

“With Dhas joining Headsup Corporation, we have a formidable and well-drilled team now who will help in creating aspirational products for the new age organizations,” the company said.

In her previous stints, Dhas has been associated with Ola, Altor Search, and most recently with Godrej Group. This holds a Master’s in HRM & LR from Institute of Social sciences.
