The digital HR technology company, Headsup, has announced to onboard top executive Aparna V Dhas as new company CEO. The company, an HR consulting and advisory firm for startups and SMEs, look to fuel the next set of growth with a new appointment.
“We have reached a stage where the current team needs a person who can bring a multi-dimensional approach to working, a person who can improve them and help us fuel our next stage of growth,” Sumit Kumar, Headsup founder said.
According to Kumar, for the last 3 years, Headsup has been a service-oriented organization. “But with growing demand in using technology for HR, we will be moving to productization of our services and compete with current HR Tech products in the market,” Kumar further said.
