French tech company, IDEMIA appoints Astrid Warren as Chief People Officer

In her new role, Warren will oversee the people strategy and agenda for the organization and report to IDEMIA Group President and CEO Pierre Barrial

French technology company, IDEMIA Group, a global leader in Augmented Identity, has named top industry talent Astrid Warren as the new Chief People Officer and member of the Executive Committee. Warren with over 20 years of experience has led HR functions at global technology organizations including global company SITA.

In her new role, Warren will oversee the people strategy and agenda for the organization and report to IDEMIA Group and CEO Pierre Barrial. She was earlier posted as senior vice president – Human Resources at SITA. Warren has also worked as HR Director – Middle East & Africa at Microsoft in Turkey.

IDEMIA, a security company headquartered in Courbevoie, France, provides identity-related security services and sells and other biometric identification products and software to private companies and governments.

Prior to joining Microsoft in 1997, Warren was responsible for the HR function at Altron and HR Manager at Standard of South Africa.
