Global technology infrastructure giant Dell EMC has signed a MoU with NIT Jalandhar, which makes engineering college a member of Dell EMC’s External Research and Academic Alliance Program.
Under this MoU, Dell EMC will set up a Cloud and Data Science Lab in NIT Jalandhar. This lab will help faculty and students of NIT Jalandhar develop key skills in the areas of Data Science and Cloud Infrastructure.
More than 200 students of NIT Jalandhar will benefit from this program, said Dell EMC. Apart from this, Dell EMC will ensure that SMEs deliver technology lectures at the University to help students learn how to apply these technologies practically.

US-based technology giant claimed that over 575,000 students are have already been educated through Dell EMC Academic Alliance program.
