As mobile devices proliferate and demand data continues to transform businesses, becomes ever more critical. According to Cisco Visual Networking Index (VNI), India’s Internet user base will touch 829 million—59% penetration—by 2021, with data usage on the Internet expected to grow 4X times at a CAGR of 30% to 6.5 exabytes per month.

The also predicts India to boast 2.0 billion networked devices in 2021, from 1.4 billion networked devices in 2016, representing big opportunities in the rural telecom market.
