Fortinet gets ‘recommended’ rating in latest NSS Labs NGFW report

Cybersecurity solutions provider Fortinet said that its FortiGate 500E Next Generation Firewall has achieved 99.31 per cent overall security effectiveness and low total cost of ownership from NSS Labs. NSS Labs conduct third-party testing and validation for the security solution. This is the fifth consecutive year Fortinet received a “Recommended” rating, said the company.

Third-party testing and validation from organizations like NSS Labs help organisations choose the best security solution that offers effectiveness, performance and optimal total cost of ownership.
