Tata Communications partners CII to open Digital Transformation centre

Tata Communications said that it has been selected as the principal partner by the CII to work on digital technologies

Tata Communications said that has been selected as the principal partner by the Confederation of Indian Industry () to work on digital technologies. Under this partisanship, the newly formed CII – Communications Centre for Digital Transformation will bring the industry together to work on mobile, cloud, Internet of Things (IoT).

As the principal partner to the CII, Tata Communications will bring leadership and expertise in providing customers and partners with and services.

“Digital infrastructure is the springboard for societal and national development. Together with the Confederation of Indian Industry, Tata Communications will champion a digital first economy, bringing together key policy makers, business voices and technology innovation to spark connections that unleash digital transformation for the good of people, communities and businesses,” said Vinod Kumar, Managing Director and CEO, Tata Communications.

Centre plans digital infrastructure for audit and consulting firms

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs is developing a shared digital infrastructure to help audit and consulting firms access advanced technology. A Sub-Committee has recommended a three-layer framework covering technology access, learning and knowledge resources.
