Kodak said that it will unveil four Kodak HD LED TV series at CES 2018. Some of them were made in India by its partner SPPL. “Kodak has decided to showcase SPPL’s products in CES 2018, considering we have only started manufacturing KODAK HD LED TV’s a year ago in India. We are excited to attend CES and meet other licensees, and to explore global opportunities for our products,” stated Avneet Singh Marwah, Director & CEO of Kodak HD LED TV.
SPPL is a manufacturing concern established in 1990 with its head office in Noida. Its initial business was plastic injection molding which then graduated to manufacturing of CRT TV’s and to LED TV’s on date. It was one of the largest manufacturers of CRT TV cabinets in the 90’s and early 00’s. Today it is one of India’s foremost OEM‘s in CRT and LED Television. Company has 3 manufacturing plants in India located in Noida, Una and Jammu. It has an employee strength of over 1000 across India. The company will mark its debut at CES 2018.
