Hirect India names Herry Sikri as Senior Vice President, Finance

In his new role Sikri will be overseeing the growth and maximizing ROI while producing measurable gains across various performance indicators.

Chat-based technology start-up also known as direct hiring platform, Hirect India on Tuesday named Herry Sikri as Senior Vice President, Finance. According to the company, in his new role Sikri will be overseeing the growth and maximizing ROI while producing measurable gains across various performance indicators.

Sikri will also be responsible for leading the Financial Management functions of Hirect India including Financial planning and analysis, taxation Advisory, Litigation, International Advisory, Funding through Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and External Commercial Borrowing (ECB), Due Diligence, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, and other Statutory Compliances.

“He will also supervise the company’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements,” the company said.

Sikri, a chartered accountant by profession, brings more than 10 years of experience in the field of taxation, accounting, regulation, and auditing. His previous assignment was with KPMG India.
