Howzat Mushi The Dependable: Gaming App Launched

Dhaka: Former cricket captain and wicketkeeper-batsman Mushfiqur Rahim has launched the first legendary cricket app in Bangladesh, ‘Howzat Mushi the Dependable’.

Cricket fans will be able to download and play the game from the from the 15th of this month.

The reliable player of the Bangladesh national cricket team inaugurated the gaming app in the presence of State Minister for Information and Communication Zunaid Ahmed Palak at a hotel in the capital on Friday afternoon.

Mushfiqur Rahim said, “I am excited to hear about the games.” Because the first gaming app is being created in our country. And since the game is in my name, liking works more. And I play a lot of games myself and online.

He added you will also play this game. And I want to tell my fans that you can download and play the game from the Play Store.

He added, will we play foreign games for the rest of our lives? In this case, we have to go further. The 6 people who created the app or if KPC thinks they need 20 more game developers. Or they need training. Then funding will be provided by Bangladesh ICT Division.

The state minister further said that the way Mushfiqur Rahim has brought many victories to our country. We can lead him in the gaming world in the coming days. I am expecting this.

Kazi Sajedur Rahman, chairman of KPC Enterprise, said the beta version of the gaming app was uploaded to the Google App Store. In just 24 hours, 1 lakh 80 thousand subscriptions were added, the game was played 50 lakh times in a week.

He added that Mushfiqur has a social organization called Mushfiqur Foundation. We will give a dividend of these games to this foundation.

The gaming app has been jointly created by KPC Enterprise and Turtle Solutions by branding Mushfiqur Rahim. The app has been developed by 6 programmers of the two organizations for about 5 months. The cost is about Tk60 lakh.

The gaming app includes almost all types of cricket batting and bowling actions. There are 3 important modes: General, Multiplayer, and Legendary. All in all, hundreds of options and functions. High definition graphics have been added to give the feeling of the field sitting at home.
