A customer named Taherul Islam, a customer of E Orange, filed the case with Gulshan Police Station on Monday night. At the time, 37 other victims of the fraud were present and testified with him.

In this case, Taherul Islam alleged that he paid in advance to E Orange on April 21 to buy the product.

However, E Orange did not deliver the product on the due date, nor did refund the money. They have repeatedly given notices on their Facebook page, asking for time. But did not give goods and money.

“We are not getting hard-earned money during this time, but we are getting new information about the change of ownership of the company,” he said.

Also, to date, the company has fraudulently embezzled around Tk1100 crore from one lakh victims without delivering any product to the victims.
