The digital HR technology company, Headsup, has announced to onboard top executive Aparna V Dhas as new company CEO. The company, an HR and advisory firm for startups and , look to fuel the next set of growth with a new appointment.

“We have reached a stage where the current team needs a person who can bring a multi-dimensional approach to working, a person who can improve them and help us fuel our next stage of growth,” Sumit Kumar, Headsup founder said.

According to Kumar, for the last 3 years, Headsup has been a service-oriented organization. “But with growing demand in using technology for HR, we will be moving to productization of our services and compete with current HR Tech products in the market,” Kumar further said.

“We have seen a lot of HR Tech products and implemented them with various clients. However, most of them are created by non-HR people and miss out on various facets of HR which are critical for seamless integration. HR Tech Product Adoption remains one of the biggest challenges in the , even the best ones (as per various surveys) take 6 to 9 months,” Kumar added.

“With Dhas joining Headsup Corporation, we have a formidable and well-drilled team now who will help in creating aspirational products for the new age organizations,” the company said.

In her previous stints, Dhas has been associated with Ola, Altor Search, and most recently with Godrej Group. This holds a Master’s in HRM & LR from Institute of Social sciences.
