In a press release, Bangladesh’s largest mobile financial services provider said its initiative was to make customer transactions “more affordable and enjoyable”.
From now on, reward points will be added to the customer’s account only after making a transaction in bKash. Customers will be able to take advantage of cashback and other offers later using that point.
“As a result, the more transactions, the more ‘bKash Rewards’ points will be credited to the customer’s account.”
bKash is constantly improving and ensuring new services for its customers. Based on that principle, bKash has come up with creative additions like ‘bKash Rewards’ in the mobile financial services sector.
To know how many reward points are credited to the customer’s account, tap on the ‘bKash Rewards’ icon next to the logo on the home screen of the bKash app.
There the customer will have the opportunity to know his earned points, reward level location, amount of offer, details of earned points and other information.
All bKash customers will get reward points on the transaction and can use the reward points earned from the bKash app.
In bKash, a certain number of points will be added to each type of transaction including sending money, mobile recharge, cash in, cash out, ad money, payment, pay bill. Customers can see how much cashback they get on any type of transaction using their accumulated points in the bKash app’s bKash rewards section.
Customers will also be able to find out for themselves how many points they received from a service and how many points they used.
A video on how bKash Rewards works has been added to the app screen for the convenience of the customer.
Bronze, Silver, Titanium, Gold, Platinum and Diamond are the six reward levels based on the points earned. There is a chance to win different amounts of cashback using points at each level.
By depositing more points, the customer will be able to go from one level to another and enjoy more offers.
He will also see in the ‘Progress Bar’ section what level the customer is at and what progress he is making in each transaction. Clicking on the progress bar will also give you an opportunity to see what offers are available for other levels.
