Bangladesh: Fees of 37 educational institutions can be paid via bKash without any charge

Dhaka — The fees of 37 schools and colleges, including educational institutions under the cantonment, can be paid through bKash at home without any charge in case of coronavirus. Instant cashback of up to Tk180 for three months at a maximum of Tk60 per month is also available by depositing fees through this mobile service.

The bKash offer will run until September 30. Students can avail the offer by dialing bKash , payment gateway or USSD code * 247 #. A customer can take the offer twice a month.

These facilities include RAJUK Uttara Model College, Adamjee Cantonment College, Dhaka Residential Model College, BN College, BAF Shaheen College, Bogra Cantonment Public School and College, Ispahani Public School and College, Rajarbagh Lines School and College, Shahid Bir Uttam Lieutenant. 36 educational institutions including Girls College, Gazipur Cantonment Public School and College.

To pay the fee with the bKash app, you have to select the corresponding educational institution from the ‘Education’ option by tapping on the ‘Pay Bill’ icon on the home page. After giving the relevant information, you have to pay with the bKash pin at the end.

Students will receive confirmation SMS immediately if the payment is successful. Receipts for depositing money can also be downloaded, which can be easily saved for future proof.

Amid Corona situation in the country, bKash has made easier to go to educational institutions or banks and stand in line and pay fees. Admission application fees as well as payments from various educational institutions starting from salaries are becoming more and more popular.
