Likee launches Ramadan creation campaign for Bangladesh

Dhaka — On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, popular short-video making and sharing platform Likee has launched a special activity for interested and their followers.

The ‘s Ramadan Activity Campaign is organized in light of achieving certain goals. These include targeting the number of likes and special hashtags, through which the winners can win a prize of Tk 3 lakh, the Oppo F19 Pro Eid version, and the Oppo Band style.

The four-week campaign will feature 2-3 special hashtags per week from Like.

Content creators need to come up with brilliant ideas for making videos that match these hashtags and fight for likes.

For every 100 likes, the user gets a ‘Ramadan ticket’. There are attractive prizes for those who can get two or more tickets in this way.

For the most timely and popular video makers, Likee has a prize of up to Tk 3 lakh. In addition, those who get the most likes throughout the campaign will be able to win the Oppo F19 Pro Eid version and those ranked second to sixth will get the Oppo Band style. Contest rules and hashtags can be found on the Like app and website.

In the first week of Ramadan, Likee has given three hashtags – #RamadanVibes, #MyRamadanPlan, #MakeUrIftar.

Using the hashtag #RamadanVibes, lyricists have created a video showing preparations for the holy month of Ramadan.

Users have shared their Ramadan plans using the hashtag #MyRamadanPlan. There will be similarly exciting and interesting hashtags in the coming weeks, which will allow users to post entertaining content.

The exceptional campaign will run from April 14 to May 12 with the aim of making the holy month of Ramadan more memorable and sharing the experience of fasting overcoming the global epidemic.
