The world today is powered by the internet, and as India goes through the Digital Revolution, Wellness Entrepreneur, Kundra is all set to launch a one of its kind holistic wellness Application – The ‘Shilpa Shetty' Application.

A front runner in the space, Shilpa pioneers India's first that's designed to help people achieve their desired goals in ‘Simple and Soulful' ways with bespoke target-based programs, yoga routines, and diet plans.

The journey started a decade ago when Shilpa initiated awareness towards health and fitness with her yoga DVDs and took it ahead on the digital front 2 years ago with her philosophy ‘Swasth Raho Mast Raho'. With the strong belief of health being inalienable in today's lifestyle, she now wants to act as a catalyst in bringing ‘Health' (Mental and Physical) to the forefront.

Mindful of the needs of today's generation, with the app, Shilpa Shetty Kundra hopes to guide the youth, young mothers, working men and women with modern and easy-to-learn techniques to practice yoga and fitness at the click of a button.

The programs included in the app are targeted at losing weight, improving flexibility, strengthening core muscles, tone legs and arms with customised nutrition plans for effective results.

The Shilpa Shetty app is being launched with 15+ programs which include a 21-Day Weight Loss Program, Post-Pregnancy Weight Loss Program, Daily Yoga Routine, Office Yoga Routine and Flat Belly Program, amongst others. New programs will be added every month, keeping in mind the user's requirements.

“Digital is the best way to connect in today's date. Hence, an App seemed like the best option for Shilpa Shetty to motivate and guide her fans to stay active and healthy, both physically and mentally.

The UI of the Shilpa Shetty app is contemporary, seamless and user-friendly. The app caters to the needs and pace of each user wherein the user can jump/go back to any yoga/exercise within a program. This can also be controlled via Apple WatchOS App. The programs can even be used offline.

There is something for everyone and it's more of a combination of mental and physical fitness as both are equally important.

Now is the perfect time for this app to come to fruition, giving everyone a chance to be fit and healthy at the click of a button,” says Manish Kumar, Founder & CEO, Digi Osmosis.

Interestingly, all the exercises in this application are mentored by experts and performed by Shilpa Shetty Kundra herself, encouraging users to be fit and healthy. With the intent of helping people make positive lifestyle modifications at an extremely affordable price, the “Shilpa Shetty” app will be available on iOS on 6th May 2019 and on Android on 8th June 2019.

A risk-aware culture is critical to the development of a strong cybersecurity environment. We should build a risk culture among management and stakeholders as an added benefit or reward rather than a burden on the firm's personnel.
