Russian telco ER-Telecom to deploy Netcracker’s Digital BSS

Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Japanese firm said that Russian telecom company Holding is deploying its solution.

The company said that its BSS suite will help Russian firm in reducing time-to-market for new products, enable centralize and consolidate core processes and systems, and improve customer experience.

Netcracker's BSS suite consists of various solutions including digital marketplace, customer channel management, sales & marketing management, customer & partner management, revenue management, product management and hybrid service & resource management offerings.

With this partnership ER-Telecom Holding aims to replace disparate and distributed BSS solutions that operate as separate systems with a single platform, simplifying and standardizing the configuration and billing processes across the organization.
