Softline Group acquires IT service provider Embee Software

has acquired IT service provider for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Softline Group's pan-India presence and capabilities through Embee's expertise across cloud solutions, workplace modernization products, system integration services managed services and app services, said a statement.
