NTT integrates three companies, appoints Sharad Sanghi as leader

NEW DELHI — Japanese technology firm said that it is merging its three key business entities — NTT India Pvt. Ltd., NTT Com India and — as a single organization called NTT Ltd effective on January 1, 2021.

With this integration, who has been heading Netmagic will be appointed as the Leader of newly formed company. Currently, Sanghi is the CEO – Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure (India) of NTT Ltd. (also known as NTT-Netmagic).

Kiran Bhagwanani has already assumed the role of Senior Vice President, GTM, Asia Pacific for NTT in April 2020.

Through this integrated entity, the company said it will bring innovative technology services and solutions to the extended client base in India. The integration will enhance the organization's end-to-end ability to better serve clients and employees will also have more opportunities to thrive and grow on an even bigger stage.
