Holitech to invest $200 million in Greater Noida manufacturing plant over 3 years

Global component supplier firm has launched its first component manufacturing plant in India. The plant in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh will get an investment of nearly $200 million and generate 6000 jobs over three years.

The company executive said that the new plant will be manufacturing Compact Camera Modules (CCM), Capacitive Touch Screen module (CTP), Thin Film Transistor (TFT), Flexible Printed Circuits (FPC), and fingerprint module.

The production is likely to begin in Q3 of 2019. The company informed that the manufacturing plant is spread across 4 factories and spans over 25000 square meters and will start mass production with a production capacity of over 300 million components per year.
