SymphonyAI elevates Pushpraj Shukla as chief technology officer

SymphonyAI has named Pushpraj (Raj) Shukla as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), expanding its leadership in the predictive and generative AI software as a service (SaaS) sector.

has named Pushpraj (Raj) Shukla as its new (CTO), expanding its leadership in the predictive and generative AI software as a service (SaaS) sector.

Shukla, previously serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Head of AI and Machine Learning (ML) at SymphonyAI, will now oversee the company's technological direction and the development of the Eureka Gen AI platform.

Shukla's tenure at SymphonyAI is marked by his leadership in guiding a team of AI researchers and engineers dedicated to advancing predictive and generative AI technologies.

According to the company, these innovations target key sectors such as retail, consumer packaged goods, financial crime prevention, manufacturing, media, and IT systems management. His role extends to supervising the integration of security, privacy, and ethical AI practices across the company's products.

With a background of nearly two decades in AI/ML engineering and research, Shukla brings valuable experience from his time at Microsoft. There, he contributed to the growth of PowerBI, Power Platform, and Dynamics365 into leading businesses within their categories, and played a key role in developing Microsoft's initial generative AI solutions for enterprise use.

Sanjay Dhawan, CEO, SymphonyAI, praised Shukla's influential leadership and vision, highlighting his contributions to the company's AI advancements, particularly in creating AI solutions that address real-world challenges across various industries.

In 2023, SymphonyAI unveiled six AI-driven copilots designed to optimise workflows in financial services, industrial manufacturing, and retail.
