Recognising measurable security outcomes

The Infosec Awards recognise individuals and organisations setting new benchmarks in securing the digital ecosystem, through the innovative application of security technologies, frameworks and strategies. The focus is on work that has been delivered and can be evidenced: what was built, what changed and what it protected.

Nominations are invited from cybersecurity professionals, government bodies and PSUs, private enterprises, critical infrastructure operators and academic institutions. Winners are felicitated at Infosec Reimagined 2026 on October 14 at The Shangri-La, New Delhi, in front of CISOs, CIOs, risk leaders and senior government officials.

Four steps from nomination to the stage

Step 01

Choose the category

Pick the category that best matches the work, and enter more than one only where the programme genuinely spans them.

Step 02

Submit the nomination

Complete the online form with the problem addressed, the approach taken and the measurable results.

Step 03

Review and shortlist

Entries are assessed by the jury. Shortlisted entrants are contacted directly and may be asked for clarification.

Step 04

Felicitation

Winners are announced and felicitated at Infosec Reimagined 2026 on October 14 in New Delhi.

The awards recognise excellence in implementation, resilience, leadership and public value. Entries will be evaluated by an independent jury comprising eminent cybersecurity professionals, subject-matter experts and Tech Observer editors. Further details will be shared separately after you submit the nomination form.

Who can submit a nomination?
Cybersecurity professionals, government bodies, PSUs, private enterprises, critical infrastructure operators and academic institutions. You may nominate your own organisation or team, or nominate someone else.
Can we enter more than one category?
Yes. Submit a separate entry for each category and tailor the evidence to that category rather than reusing one description.
How are entries evaluated?
The awards recognise excellence in implementation, resilience, leadership and public value. Entries are evaluated by an independent jury comprising eminent cybersecurity professionals, subject-matter experts and Tech Observer editors. Further details are shared separately after you submit the nomination form.
What period should the work cover?
Work delivered or materially advanced in the current award cycle, with results that can be evidenced. Long-running programmes are welcome where recent outcomes are clear.
Is our submission confidential?
Entries are read by the jury and the editorial team for evaluation. Mark any commercially sensitive detail clearly, and it will not be published without your consent.
When is the last date to enter?
The submission deadline is confirmed to entrants by email. Nominations are open now and we recommend submitting early.
