Rajiv Chowk Metro Station Porn Video: Delhi police to probe

According to media reports, an ACP-level officer has been asked to conduct the investigation and find the person responsible.

Delhi Police has launched a probe into the playing of a pornographic video at Metro station. According to media reports, an ACP-level officer has been asked to conduct the investigation and find the person responsible.

In bizarre turn, a porn clip was played at Rajiv Chowk on the screen that was meant to air advertisements. After preliminary investigation, Delhi Metro said that the smart LED TV system with accessible Wi-Fi port which was meant to air advertisement was misused by three men to play porn clip.

As per the CCTV footage, three men aired porn clip through their mobile on the LED TV at Rajiv Chowk station. Delhi Metro said “attempts are being made to identify these men. CCTV footage is under examination to identify the culprits.”

Soon one of the clips were shared on the social media and went viral, triggering an immediate response from the Delhi Metro.

Following this, constituted a committee to probe into the incident. From preliminary investigation, it is established that the incident is of 9th April at around 5 pm. The screen that broadcast the pornographic clip was meant to air advertisements. This smart LED TV system was under commissioning and its Wi-Fi port was accessible.

officials contacted DMRC and inquired about the private contractor. A media report said police will look for accused and book him under relevant sections for playing such a video at a public place.
