Sterling and Wilson delivers $2 million prefabricated data center project for Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt

Sterling and Wilson, a subsidiary of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, has completed a prefabricated data centre project in Egypt for Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt, in collaboration with RZ-Products, a German firm that specialises in building modular data centre solutions.

, a subsidiary of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, has completed a prefabricated data centre project in Egypt for of Egypt, in collaboration with RZ-Products, a German firm that specialises in building modular data centre solutions. The project has a total cost of $2 million (Rs 14 crore approximately).

For Faisal Bank, the project includes a DC-IT-Room GranITe ECB-S solution for the IT space and a for two power rooms, ensuring maximum uptime of IT systems and hosting mission-critical business activities. Furthermore, the company claims that this system is totally modular and may be expanded at any time.
