HTC Global Services partners with Automation Anywhere to build industry specific BOTs

HTC Global Services and Automation Anywhere have partnered to work on robotic process automation services by building BOT based industry specific solutions.

India and said that they are partnering to work on robotic process automation services, by building BOT based industry specific solutions with cognitive abilities. The solutions will be designed for quick deployment and easy integration into the digital landscapes of various business processes. The solutions are built around Automation Anywhere's cognitive abilities that include speech recognition, natural language processing and machine learning to automate perceptual and judgment based tasks.

HTC Global Services said it has already deployed a range of solutions to automate structured and semi-structured data such as insurance claim processing, vendor, customer on-boarding invoice and purchase order processing, procure to pay, lead to order to cash process, front office and back office automation.
