Maharashtra Board HSC Class 12 Results 2017: There is good news for 15 lakh students of the (MSBSHSE). The board has announced the results for Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination or class 12 at 1 pm today.

Students who have appeared for Maharashtra Board HSC Class 12 examination 2017 can check their score card at the official website of the board – mahresults.nic, results.mkcl.org and maharashtraeducation.com after 1 pm today. Maharashtra Board HSC Class 12 Results 2017 will also be available at indiaresults.com.

Maharashtra Board HSC Class 12 examination 2017 were conducted from February 28 to March 25, 2017 across the state. Over 15 lakh students have appeared for Maharashtra Board HSC Class 12 examination in 2017. Last year, while the results for HSC were declared on May 25, class 10 or SSC results were announced in June 2016.

A total of 8,48,929 boys and 6,56,436 are girls totalling 15,05,365 students who have appeared for these examinations are eagerly waiting Maharashtra Board HSC Class 12 Results 2017.

Out of over 15 lakh students, 5,59,423 have appeared for Science stream, 5,09,124 for Arts and 3,73,870 for Commerce, and 62,148 for Minimum Competency Vocational Course (MCVC).

Steps to check Maharashtra Board HSC Class 12 Results 2017

  • Go to official website – mahresults.nic.
  • Click on HSC results 2017.
  • Enter your roll number and other details.
  • After submitting the form, Maharashtra Board HSC Class 12 Results 2017 will be displayed.
  • Take a print and save your score card digitally for future references.

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education which is an autonomous body established by the government of Maharashtra conducts HSC (Class 12) and SSC (Class 10) examinationsa in the state through its nine divisional boards. The board is headquartered in Pune.

The Board conducts examination twice a year and the number of students appearing for the main examination is around 14-15 Lacs for HSC and 17 Lac's SSC, for the supplementary examination. There are about 21000 schools (SSC) and 7000 (HSC) Higher Sec. Schools and Junior Colleges in the state.
