National Talent Search Examination 2017: NTSE 2017 registrations start for Class 10 students in Telangana at bse.telangana.gov.in

: For the Class 10th students of Telangana, the online registration for upcoming National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) 2017 has started. Now, all the student who wish to apply for scholarship can go to the official website of the Board of Secondary Education – bse.telangana.gov.in to submit the online form.

The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) for students studying in Class 10 is meant to identify the nature talent. The examination is conducted every year in two levels: Stage I (State Level) and Stage II (National Level). As per notification, the NTSE 2017 is scheduled to be held on November 5 across various test centre in Telangana.

Before applying for the NTSE 2017 scholarship student should ensure that they are eligible. As per elgibility criteria, all the students who are studying in class 10 in the current academic year in any recognised school in the state including Kendriya Vidyalaya and schools affiliated to CBSE and ICSE are eligible to apply. Also, students have received NMMS scholarships can also apply but such candidates will have to forego further NMMS scholarship if they are selected for NTSE scholarship.

Steps to apply for NTSE 2017

  • Go to the official website of BSE (Telangana), bse.telangana.gov.in
  • Click on relevant link
  • Enter all the required details in the prescribed format
  • Click to submit

Candidates need to submit the printed copy of the registered application forms, along with original challan, and two copies of print report (i.e. nominal roll) to the Office of the concerned District Educational Officer.

According to instruction form the state government, all the District Educational Officers (DEOs) will make the necessary arrangements for the smooth conduct of National Talent Search Examination to be held on November 5 in their respective district headquarters.

NTSE 2017 Important dates

  • Last date to pay examination fee: September 21
  • Last date to apply: September 22
  • Last date to submit printed application form at the office of the District Educational Officer: September 23.
