James goes court to file a case against Banglalink

Lawyer Tapash Kumar Pal filed the case on behalf of James in the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Imrul Kayes around 11 am on Sunday.

Dhaka: The Nagar Baul lead vocal and popular singer has accused , a mobile phone network service provider, of violating copyright laws.

The rocker appeared in the lower of Dhaka to file a case against the accused.

Lawyer Tapash Kumar Pal filed the case on behalf of James in the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Imrul Kayes around 11 am on Sunday.

James himself was present in court at the time.

However, the court returned the case and directed James to go to the police station.

State Public Prosecutor Tapas Kumar Pal said, “James has filed a case against Banglalink in the court under the Copyright Act. During the hearing, the judge went to Gulshan police station and advised to file a case. However, if the case is not taken to the police station, he asked to apply to the court. '

James came out of the lawyer's chambers on the court premises at around 1 p.m. However, James did not comment on the matter.

He said to talk to the lawyer about the matter.

It is known that many of James' songs are still being used commercially by various organizations without permission. This time James went to the court without getting any solution.
