Prime Bank bolsters digital channel, adds more benefits to PrimePay

The ‘PrimePay' has a strong and rich MIS engine, which will provide all kinds of reports and reports related to the transactions of the bank's customers.

Customers will also be able to transfer funds directly from PrimePay to Rocket Wallet (The Dutch Bangla Bank Mobile banking services). The transfer of funds to Rocket proves that Prime Bank is committed to further expanding its payment facilities.

Customers will get the benefit of one or more transactions in ‘Rocket'. The use of ‘PrimePay' will be available from anywhere at any time and the full details of the transaction will be available for later verification.

Hasan O. Rashid, managing directors and chief executive officers of the bank, said, “As a result of this new service, customers will be able to collect and transact on a number of platforms through PrimePay.”

We believe that this service will enable customers to conduct business with more ease. In order to meet their current needs, we will be constantly adding new facilities to ‘PrimePay' to increase the range of services, he noted.
