Even after calling the hotline of the company but seems busy. Evaly says the office is now closed because of Corona. However, all kinds of services are being provided to the customers online.

Many businesses are severing ties with Evaly due allegations. They are not even giving products in their gift vouchers.

On the other hand, the customer is not getting the price back. Evaly has closed its head office in such a situation. Ordinary customers are in trouble.

When asked by the media about the closure of Evaly office, the public relations department of the organization informed in writing that the office work is being carried out in the light of the restrictions imposed by the government to deal with the Corona situation.

“Only the manpower of the department related to the emergency service activities are present in the office and working directly.”

We have three warehouses. There too our staff is engaged in delivering products to the customers. Customers are getting regular delivery of their ordered products, it said.

In the light of government restrictions, there is a temporary ban on physical customer service from the office to avoid large crowds.

However, customers are able to take regular services from our website, app platform and Facebook. At the same time our customer service center hotline number is active every day from 8 am to 11 pm. The service runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, without lockdown.

However, customers are complaining that month after month, Evaly is not delivering the purchased product. Office closed. There is no response even after calling their hotline. Evaly customer care was called after such allegations. At first the network seemed busy, but then the call came in, but no one in customer care answered the call.

One such organization is the local clothing brand ‘Rang '. The company said in a notification to the customer that it is not possible to accept the gift voucher at this moment as the payment for the gift voucher purchased by the customer has not been paid to us. You must be able to make purchases using this voucher when making future payments. In this situation, ‘Rang Bangladesh' has informed to contact the Evaly authorities.
