Dhaka: In order to meet the challenges of the fourth , SME entrepreneurs have been advised to build knowledge-based manpower.

Md. Masudur Rahman,  Chairperson of the thinks that the use of information and communication technology () should be increased in small and medium industries.

According to the webinar, as the Fourth Industrial Revolution was intellectual, business opportunities would not be confined to a specific geographical location.

Rather it will spread all over the world. Employment opportunities will increase for backward, marginalized, especially able and skilled women in various technologies including the internet.

Dr. Md. Mofizur Rahman said that with the discovery of technology as a result of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the cost of production and distribution of goods and services would be reduced at an unimaginable rate because machines would help people.

Therefore, in order to take advantage of the opportunities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, our main goal must be to create skilled human resources suitable for the 4th Industrial Revolution. Therefore, creating awareness, technology assimilation, and skill development among MSME entrepreneurs are essential.
