Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (BSEAP), popularly known as has declared at bse.ap.gov.in. The announcement was made by Andhra Pradesh Minister for human resource development, Ganta Srinivasa Rao in Vizag. According to the reports, over seven lakh candidates have appeared for the AP Secondary School Certificate (SCC) examinations.

These exams were conducted from March 26 to April 16 by The Andhra Pradesh Directorate of Government Examinations which is a nodal agency in AP for conducting the SSC/OSSC public examinations.

Students can check AP SSC Results 2017 at the official website – bse.ap.gov.in. Due to heavy traffic at the website, initially it took long time to respond.

Steps to check Andhra Pradesh AP SSC Results / AP 10th Class Results 2017

  • Go to the official website – bse.ap.gov.in
  • Click on the SSC March 2017 link on left sidebar
  • Enter your roll number
  • After submitting, the results will be displayed on the screen
  • Take a printout for future use

The Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education regulates and supervises the system of intermediate education in Andhra Pradesh. It was established in 1971. Popularly known as BIEAP, it is the first ever state in the country which adopted the 10 plus 2 plus 3 pattern of education.

AP SSC Exam Result 2017 & AP SS Grade System

The 10th Class Examinations is primarily held for six subjects, each subject carries 100 marks. The total score of the examination is 600. Students have to pass at least in five subjects, that could be Telugu, English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science and Social studies etc.

The 10th class AP students have been graded as A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1, D2.

A2 (GPA – 8.1 To 9.0)  499 – 549
B1 (GPA – 7.1 To 8.0)  448 – 498
B2 (GPA – 6.1 To 7.0)  397 – 447
C1 (GPA – 5.1 To 6.0)  346 – 396
C2 (GPA -4.1 To 5.0)  295 – 345
D1 (GPA -3.1 To 4.0)  245 – 294
D2 (GPA -3.0)  195 – 244

AP SSC Revaluation, Recounting, Re-correction of Results 2017

After getting results, if a student is not satisfied with marks, he or she can request for re-evaluation of their papers. Revaluation for AP 10th Class for both Paper-I & Paper-II will cost ₹1000. While recounting fees would be ₹500. Student needs to apply within 15 days after publication of results.

Also, as per the reports, the advanced supplementary exam for failed candidates will be held from June 14 to 28 between 9.30am and 12.15pm. The last date for submitting the applications for the supplementary exam with a fee of ₹1,000 is May 28.
