Dhaka — From now on, more than one lakh subscribers of the country’s popular cable TV operator ‘Bengal Digital’ will be able to pay their bills through bKash at home. Customers will get this facility of paying bills from the bKash app without any charge.
Mobile financial service bKash said in a statement on Monday. To pay bills with the bKash app, tap on the ‘Pay Bill’ icon on the homepage and select ‘Bengal Digital’ from the ‘TV’ option.
Then the payment will be completed only after giving the bKash PIN specifying the billing period, user ID and amount of money.
If the payment is successful, the customers will get a confirmation SMS immediately. If they want, they can download and save the eco-friendly digital receipt, which can be found in the app’s ‘My bKash’ or ‘Pay Bill’ option.
Note that once the bill information is saved, the customer will be able to pay the bill directly in a few steps.
bKash customers can now pay their bills at Akash DTH, Bumblebee, Jessore City Cable, Nation Electronics, and Cable Network without any hassle.
The newly added ‘Bengal Digital’ bill payment service has made it easier for customers to pay TV bills.
