UP BTC Merit List 2017 release: The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board which is a nodal agency in the state of UP for basic education will release the merit list for Uttar Pradesh Basic Training Certificate (BTC) on its official website soon. The candidate whose name appears in the merit list will be able to pursue Diploma in Elementary Education (DelEd).
Uttar Pradesh Basic Training Certificate (BTC) is a certificate level educational course. The course is of two year (full time) recognised by government of Uttar Pradesh. It is a necessary certificate for the appointment of primary teachers in government primary schools. Basic Training Certificate is aimed at training teachers for imparting primary education. The course is career orienting in nature that opens many bright job options in education sector and for higher educational degrees in Uttar Pradesh
UP BTC Merit List 2017 to be released soon
All the students who are waiting for the UP BTC Merit List 2017 should keep on checking official website – upbasiceduboard.gov.in. The government activate the link any time soon. Candidate can download the merit list as soon as the link has been activated by the board.
Initially, the applications form was invited on July 7, but later on some changes were made with respect to the eligibility criteria, hence fresh application were sought from candidates on August 2. As per the schedule, August 21, was the last date to make any changes in the form and now all the candidate are waiting for the UP BTC Merit List 2017.
Once the UP BTC Merit List 2017 is declared, then a centralised counselling would organised to allocate colleges and university to the students as per following schedule.
Round 1 (ranks 1 to 40,000)- August 28 to 30, 2017- result on August 31
Round 2 (ranks 40,001 to 1,00,000)- September 1 to 4, 2017- result on September 5
Round 3 (ranks 1,00,001 to 1,90,000)- September 6 to 9, 2017- result on September 11
Round 4 (ranks 1,90,001 to 3,00,000)- September 12 to 15, 2017- September 16

- On the homepage, click on the link that says Merit list
- Now enter the required details
- Click on enter
- Your merit list will appear on the screen, download and save it for future
