NBSE HSLC, HSSLC Results 2017: The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has declared the results for Class 10th and 12th today at nagaland.gov.in

NBSE HSLC, : The (NBSE) has declared the results for Class 10th and 12th today at nagaland.gov.in. These result were to be announced on May 3, however NBSE had postponed it to May 8. NBSE conducted these exams – Higher School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) in the month of March. The provisional results of the HSLC and HSSLC Examinations 2017 conducted by the NBSE has been declared in the afternoon of 8th May 2017, said the NBSE Kohima.

The HSSLC is the 12th class certificate and HSLC is the 10th class certificate. Like CBSE and ICSE, NBSE offers streams like Arts, Science, Commerce, General and Vocational courses to student across Nagaland. , HSSLC Results 2017 are important for the students, as the admission session for various schools and university will start across the country and students are needed to provide their results for getting admission.

Other states like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala have already declared their Class 10th and 12th results. Primarily students from Dimapur, Kiphire, Kohima, Longleng, Mokochung, Mon, Peren, Phek, Tuensang, Guwahati, Wokha, Zunheboto appeared in NBSE HSLC, HSSLC 2017 exams.

Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) is primarily responsible for promotion and development of secondary education in the state of Nagaland. The board was established by an Act of the Nagaland legislative Assembly on November 15, 1973. It started functioning from 1st October, 1974. The board guide the state government on development of education, secondary and higher secondary level in the state.

Steps to check NBSE HSLC, HSSLC Results 2017

1. Visit the official website nagaland.gov.in Or click here – Results 2017

2. Navigate through NBSE Results Verification section on the left bar of the website.

3. Click on NBSE Results and you will be redirected to result page

4. Enter the year, type of result – HSLC or HSSLC, and your Roll Number.

5. The results will be shown on the same page.

6. Take a print of your result for future reference.

The Nagaland board HSSLC Class 12th results is available on websites – nagaland.gov.in and through SMS. To get , HSLC class 12th and class 10th results via SMS, the students have to send messages: NB12<space>ROLL NUMBER to 54242 for Class 12th. And for Class 10th, the code would be: NB10<space>ROLL NUMBER to 54242. The SMS may be chargeable as per your telco plans.

Last year,  a total of 14,508 students had appeared for the Nagalnad HSLC exams in 2016. Out of them 10,766 students had passed. For 2017, the details are still awaited.
